The city of St. Petersburg has released the results of its Tropicana Field Site Request for Proposal — a call for private developers to submit plans to redevelop the 86 acres that include the Rays leased stadium.

Opening Day at Oracle Park isn’t scheduled to take place until April, but the San Francisco Giants have already developed plans to reopen the ballpark to the general public when it’s safe to do so.

Along with the year 2020, an era ended in Milwaukee as Miller Park gave way to American Family Field. The change, first announced in January 2019, ends a two-decade naming-rights agreement between the Milwaukee Brewers and Miller Brewing Co.
